My TCM when I use the jumper wire only shows 12 code, refuses to show any other code.

Any one know what tool you need to remove the damn TCM cover to actually get to the TCM? I didn't try a flat head screwdriver yet. My truck has the flat TCM box without the raised lip like I see some have.

The switch was on for about 18 hours til I went out the next afternoon and discovered I had left the switch on all night.

That was one thought we had. I suggested maybe just buying the new coil and having it on standby.
