    Check the spec's, watch the Youtube videos, the diesel makes power at low rpm, good for towing, the LS makes power at 4500 rpm.

    I have swapped in a 6.0L LS engine, more power but at only at high RPM. I should have put a big block Chevy in it for towing. Anybody have luck selling a good running 6.2L diesel ?

    When you look inside the oil fill tube hole you will see a half round piece of metal, it pushes against it.

    It goes in the front of the pump, you have to put it in before installing the pump. Like Barrman wrote in pushes against the timing cover.

    1984 M1008 PickUp Driveshaft-What fits

    The government auctions unload these with a fork lift, mine was bent, the drive train shop said the big 4" tube is a odd size (??), he built me a new rear drive shaft for $235. If you can find one out of a 3/4 ton 4x4 chevy you can save some money. Du-wain
