Is this one of the things where the switch on the clutch peddle needs to work before it sends air to the cylinder? If I remember right there is an electric selenoid that needs power to allow the air to move things. If so maybe check that it is getting power.
Called EI they are sending a new end for the prop shaft tube and rebuild kit for the diff that includes both gears. $1500 and a little luck i hope to get it going again. Still no idea why it broke like that.
Anyone ever have the rear axle torque tube break off of the rear axle before? I was yanking a guy out of a ditch with a kinetic tow rope(38k pound bungee cord) hooked to the pintal hitch.. I did not feel like I was abusing it as I would let the clutch in once I hit the end and let the rope and...

My part is different than the one above, but does work. The belt that I copied I think I got from EI. Anyway just make sure the belt you get is a...
There are only a few things that it can be, compressor, unloader, alcohol injector, a leak before the tanks or an obstruction anywhere from compressor through all the stuff listed and possibly futher if it is an obstruction.
From what you said I would remove the air line going into the unloader...
Where it holds pressure on the gauges the problem is before the check valves into the tanks. Check the crossover tube from the tanks under the left frame across the truck then through the right frame in front of the back tire. While it could have a leak that would be uncommon vs it tends to plug...
I ended up getting the front cab mount for a 404(I think that is the model). They only have three mounts, one in front and the two on the back.
Took a little fab work to get a spot to mount it. Then went to bolt it and I have no idea how they get room to install the back two of the three bolts...
