Making some slow progress here. Finished floor is done, rear bed frame completed, access for rolling fridge completed, bunk bed almost done, ceiling completed. Ceiling was redone this week, as i was getting to the end on the sides, i realized i measure wrong and was almost 2 crooked. Corrected...

MTV 1083 front rear axle brakes locked?

Probably time to service the brakes. The grease gets dirty and the actuators might be getting stuck.

    Rear stabilizer bar bushings

I used a bottle jack, after some back and forth and some swearing was able to get it in.

Floor is almost done, ran out of liquid nails and screws planning on finishing tomorrow so i can move on to something else. I have fiberglass all over because of the coosa board, that thing is nasty stuff.

I have been receiving all this week components for my solar set up, will be using victron products so let's see how that goes. Everything is so pricey for the solar setup, i hope it is worth it. Also some color selection for the outside, floor selection. Stove and sink selection.

I was finally able to mount the structural angles between the truck and the box, i was also able to install the u bolts. Big difference, now i can trust this box a little more. I did the structural angles long enough to the front in case i decide to do the box extension. Tomorrow i will start...

Progress yesterday, i finished cutting the inside of the ambo box. Cut some storage boxes to a usable size and removed the fenders as they are a dead space unused. My floor will cover everything in a flat way. I also drilled the holes to strap the box to the angles i will be mounting next, i...

Interesting. I decided i am fabricating a set of brackets to attach to the rain gutters, they are pretty sturdy in the ambulance box and then making the frame to mount the panels (that i don't have yet) out of aluminum profiles.

It leaks both times, while running and also with engine off. It might be an o ring of sorts as i move the relief valve and leaks less. Pressure is around 125-130 PSI. I bought the dryer repair kit, will be doing that next.

I do have a question though, what is this valve here at the top of the dryer called? And is it a pressure relief valve or is it adjustable? My dryer is leaking from here.

Update, things have been going slow as i have been taking care of other stuff. Ordered the structural angles 4"x3"x 3/8" thick, upon receiving i realized it was over killer and too heavy for the truck and for me to handle even with 1 helper (1st picture), called my supplier to order a 3/16"...

Could the batteries connected incorrectly cause this voltage inversion?

CTIS issue has been resolved, i installed the pressure switch suggested by Ronmar and increased the pressure from the compressor governor. Al is working flawlessly now. Will jump to the box next with some reinforcement on the way it holds down. I want to be able to install springs in the front...
