Hi working on a m1113 humve 6.5 turbo it is stock military spec. now and then then when at idle (can be in drive or not ) it will take itself up to around 1000rpm then back to idle . it can happen when cold or hot ,starts fine drives ok no lack of power ,have taken the return of injection pump...
