I hadn't noticed this before. S1 in any position other than off or pre-heat gives me a fault light of "Over Voltage" could this be preventing start? Clears on using Test/Reset Lamp, but returns from power cycle.

Not the intake manifold bolts, the head bolts there are four regular bolts and four with threaded studs on top. I’ve been scouring through pictures online but not seeing exactly where to put (too much stuff in the way).
