How about measuring yours? I downloaded the art from @kendelrio and it is pretty big. That is good though - because scaling it down will work - while up scaling not as much.

I honestly don't see how a lack of fluid in the winch reservoir has anything to do with your 'pulling" problem. Those hydraulic winches are not very fast. They do pull pretty well though...
If it really pulled better back when you bought the truck - wonder if maybe you have a bad indication...

Nope. If you have a hydraulic powered winch - no - you can't power it with a driveshaft. Unless you can find the part that bolts in place on the winch itself...

You could sample the oil and have them test it and tell you what it is...
