Well got some good news. There's brake fluid at that T fitting! Before I can hook up the front line again and flush I have to get the new front right wheel cylinder.
Removed from right wheel cylinder and look at the junk near the inlet! Took the rubber cups off and the plunger moves...
Installed the remote reservoir kit and went to bleed the system. No fluid came out front left metal line. Removed the front passenger side to see if it would bleed. Right side was dry. Decided to start chasing the brake line backwards.
In case anyone didnt know, you can't have front...
Got the front left done today. Got the new wheel cylinder installed. Wheel cylinder was locked up tight. Cleaned up the rods with steel wool and put some brake clean when inserting into the rubber cups. Went back together nice. Finally the trucks been service with all new grease. Did put...
Got the old seal and thrust washer out and installed the new seal. Packed the cv joint hub. The inner bearing has some play in it. Im replacing with a new bearing and race.
Well I figured out the front left issue. Wheel cylinder failed along time ago. Removed brake line and no brake fluid came out which is odd. Took almost an hour to get the drum off. Backed off the minor adjustments and still didnt budge. Finally got the drum off and you can see the wheel...
Made some progress this weekend. The bearings, hub, housing, and knuckle cleaned out. Got the right front end all packed with grease. 12lbs of grease between bearings, cv joint, housing and hub! New outer wheel bearing seal. New boot with safety wire, all zirks on passenger front side greased...
I run amsoil in my transmission and its fantastic. I swapped fluid and swapped spin on filter and ran it 500 miles and then did a drain and swap changing both filters again to convert it all over. Highly recommended.
Got some updates on the glad hand situation on the front of the truck. The service glad hand was removed and it looks like someone removed it but left the fitting where it turns and does a 90 degree turn into the frame. I removed the fitting and its caked with mud. Stuck a pick in there and...

I also recently got done with repacking the 4 rear hubs, new seals, gaskets, repacked bearings and adjusted the brakes.
After...
Thanks MSGJD for all your feedback. As far as the bed, I see holes on the bottom that look like they would have lined up with that box that appears on the driverside front corner of the bed. I don't see brackets for the exhaust dump between the tandems. It has an m54a2 data tag. It has a lot...
Here are some photos I havent posted up. First photo shows the new silicone hoses and the coolant filter installation. I also put the block heater inside the thermostat housing instead of in the water pump. Next photo is the quick disconnect for the boost gauge on top of the intake elbow...
Made some progress on The Savior. In total we have flushed about 80 gallons of distilled water through the system and radiator. Dad and I replaced the o-rings in the oil cooler and new gaskets. We found one of the orings looked crushed. There wasnt a ton of oil in the system. We pulled the...
Ran 21 gallons of distilled water through radiator today. Boiled the water. Got a ton of stuff out. Plan is to pull radiator and replace the belts, coolant hoses and clamps and have radiator boiled and or cleaned out off the truck.
I installed the block heater and working on installing the...
Drained the coolant to prepare for the new coolant gauge, coolant filter and block heater. Found oil in the coolant. No coolant in the oil. Looks like the oil cooler O-rings failed. I ordered a kit for new gaskets and O rings. Im going to be purchasing alot of distilled water to flush the...
