I assume the grounds are good just based on what I can see. I have LED brake and front turn signals. When im just running them everything works. I just installed LED headlights and same issue.. When I turn on lights , everything works, just the blinker lights are dim and slow.
Im in code 73 HELL ! Need help.. long story short ive replaced the following
Internal wiring harness
2 brake pedal levers
TCM
All solenoids and the transmission valve body
Both speed sensors . And not in one setting.
Will not shift into 4th... after my TCM swap everything worked smooth for...
Been in transmission hell... put on a new brake lever switch. Mine was missing. Got it running, gave code pressure control solenoid (pcs) and was in limp mode.. ultimately replaced all the solenoids, the valve body , wiring harness, and TCM.. now I still have the PCS code and wont shift onto...
In transmission hell.... 09 rev 6.5TD 4l80e. Was in limp mode (pressure control solenoid)
Replaced all the internal solenoids, and internal wiring harness with all OEM parts.
Still in limp no change.. Replaced TCM.
Now it shifts through 3rd but will not go into 4TH OD. Transmission light...
Keep running into the same transaction issue.. my TCM is giving me the Pressure control solenoid code.. ive replaced the PCS , all the solenoids, internal harness, and TCM.. drove all over yesterday no issue. This morning transmission light back on with PCS code..loosing my mind with this ...
Just picked up my 1167 and it appears the valve has been removed. Judging by how dirty the motor was im sure the lines need pulled and cleaned. Did anyone have a part number for a valve replacement? Or any advice to make life easier before digging into this AC adventure?
Just got 1167 it looks like the valve stems have been removed from my AC lines probably to drain system when decommissioning it... any way to clear the system of dust and dirt or do i need to replace the lines?
My 400 amp alt on my M1167 is missing the voltage regulator. Is there a specific one I need ? does it have to be the dual voltage or will a used 28v work?
