Submitted paperwork for a new title for an M989A1 HEMAT trailer, it only came with a Bill of Sale from GovPlanet. Data plate on the rear of this trailer had the NSN, serial number, and Contract Number as well as an Inspection Date (2009).

The auto drains replace the stock drain valves…they have multiple ports so you can mount to side or bottom of air tanks. Plugs are generally included to block off unused ports. Pretty straightforward.
I know 12-volt versions are available but unsure about 24-volt versions….I have installed automatic tank drains with heating elements in trucks before, simply run one power wire and the other is Ground, it helps keep the drain valves from freezing up. I want to say that they were Bendix items...

YES. Plus getting harder to find in useable condition…the last few 24.5 Budd wheels I obtained for a trailer, when I was snugging up thimbles on inner dual wheel the thimbles punched all the way through the stud hole, rendering the wheel useless. They had looked fine during a visual inspection...
Correct. GM 8-lug wheels have a smaller center hole than Ford & Dodge…IIRC, early HMMWV wheels had the smaller GM-style center hole, and would not fit on Dodge/Ford axles without some “massaging.”
You could try a wheel repair or machine shop to fix your existing wheels so that the tire shop...
