I have a black light, been trying to find my AC leak with it lol. Perhaps I’ll try some of that additive. I have no experience working on cars and while im beyond handy, simple repairs take me forever with the research, diagnostic, doing it twice to get it right, etc.

I recently installed a rhino spare tire carrier on my truck. It’s pretty sweet, except when I want to drop the tailgate. It’s like a 10 minute procedure to get out the wrench, wrench it up swing it outa the way etc etc. Has anyone modified the latching plate to quicken the process?
