On my M725, when it rains it is literally piring on my foot on the accelerator. Any idea how to stop this? Where would the holes be? Pic for attention.

All- I am buying this with the idea it is a fuse/relay panel(?). I'm thinking of using it in the M725 instead of the civilian fuse panel. Am I way off base? I can't find it on any searches.
