I cut the mirrors on the scroll saw from 4.5mm walnut board. I used a hand held rotary tool to shape it further. I do a lot of shaping using the rotary tool. (mini Dremel)

Gorilla Wood Glue, Natural Wood Color. It dries transparent and it's very strong.
Made some good progress again today on the Toyota Land Cruiser. I got the wheel fenders/flairs sanded and fitted. I just need to round the edges and glue into place.
Finished pouring the lead plates for the excavator. Everything went smoothly. This time I removed the sheetmetal skirt from the mold to remove the plates. Made it a lot easier to get the plates separated from the mold.
With all the stuff that is happening here I forgot to mention I purchase a set of plans for building a school bus. The plans are not the usual PDF file. They are paper plans. Going to be a pain in the ass. I will need to make copies of the parts manually by scanning them. There was another...
