Mills- I'm having the same issue. I have the additional pulley as well. I removed the Red dot system and installed a pulley (from Hummer Parts Guy) to fill the void where the compressor was. I cannot get the 114" belt to go on. Seems like I need a 116" or bypass a pulley and got with the 98"...

Thanks for the information. I was able to my 2005 M1123 insured through Progressive. A bit pricey ($200 month) I’m sure that’s due to Michigans standards. Gonna be shopping around to see if I can get lower rate. I’ll definitely be giving Devin a call.

Mullaney - Any luck with insurance? I'm starting the process now. Citizens said no. I filled out online application for Hagerty Insurance, waiting for response from them. I have a 2005 M1123 and itching to get it on the road (Michigan). Thanks
