Thanks, I’ve covered the entire inside of the Humvee with sound deadening insulation & carpet. I also have a console over the dog house that’s also lined so it’s night & day compared to stock.

I finally got around to installing this kit. The overall quality is good given the $5K I paid for it minus the top panels that I made myself.

I don't disagree with your logic, but for me, bolting them on is sufficient.

Yes. I’m fortunate to have access to material, machinery & skilled help. I’m not sure if I’ll go with 1/4” or 1/8” though. The subframe & rear wall was delivered last week. I’ll unbox it tomorrow & provide my first impressions.

I just purchased a roof subframe from Pipe Dreams offroad. It's scheduled to arrive early next week. My plan is to skin it with 1/4" aluminum myself. This thread will document the install & everything associated with it.

I went with heated Corbeau seats, American machine dash, center console & grab handles myself. Well worth the cost IMHO.

I called Kascar, this keyed switch interrupts wire # 11A on the start/stop switch.

I have a Kascar KIS1 ignition switch & was wondering what wire is it supposed to interrupt. I got it in a box full of misc parts with no instructions.

I ended up ordering them from USC & used a 5% off coupon code. They'll be here tomorrow.
