The attachments cover the the 30KW MEP-805B model. This was the PM-MEP introduction to digital generators. Designed in the mid 90s, and put out to units at the turn of the century. It was not uncommon to find these generators running on FOBs in war zones with over 35,000 hours on them.
TM 9-2815-259-24 covers servicing and maintenance of the John Deere engine
TM 9-2815-259-24P covers parts for the engine
LO 9-6115-671-12 is a booklet covering lubrication of the generator set
TM 9-6115-671-14 covers Operation, Servicing, troubleshooting, and all maintenance tasks less rebuild of the generator set.
TM 9-6115-671-24P covers the parts used with this generator less DEPOT rebuild.

Information Papers covering Not In Manual items

The attached information papers provide information that can be hard to find or Not in the Technical Manuals.
The Booklet covers the schematics and wiring diagrams, including a schematic covering the entire gen Set. With Notes in the drawing for individual items. A short part on "How It Works" assists in knowing what is going on as the generator starts. It also contains the ESD5551 adjustments, and AVR, and LSS adjustments. The last page contains how to do a lighten and darken of your display screen including a complete white out or dark out. A low CIM Battery indication is taken care of after a long storage time after starting.
The ADC100 paper came with a new actuator. Not in the TM this covers setting up the Injection pump to work with the actuator.
The Air breather is a Tech Drawing of this component. The filter inside caused many issues.
Backplane photo shows the adjustments to make the DCS indicate accurate voltages on the Buss and generator output Voltages.
The CIM Test provides information to determine if your DCS CIM display is serviceable.
The DCS Baseline indicates what all those LEDs mean and their changes as the generator is operated
The Injector Pump Puller is a document one may use to use and fabricate one of these pullers.
The water Pump Kit was introduced later and shows an insert to use as after a while coolant wears thru the timing cover under pressure from the pump.
Key pad bulletin cover your keypad and a range of defective ones placed in the supply system.
Mag Pickup insert cover an insert to use so the inexpensive 15KW Mag Pick up may be used.
The CTM 125 covers the fuel filter and inj. Pump installation.
The DB2-DB4 is another paper covering Inj. Pump changes
The parts list cover the normal parts and collared numbers indicate info Not In The Manual as they changed.
