I've scrounged much of the aluminum angle, flat, round & expanded/flattened mesh needed to build a copy of the FAV Radio Shelf/Deck (do we have proper nomenclature for it yet?

Detailed drawing from Roger have given me a 35.5in max width, 21in length front to rear.

Flat bar & angle stock are 1/4" thick.

For right now I need to get clarification on the front crossways base 35.5in wide. I bought a 36in PC of extruded 4x4 6061 aluminum angle, the forward facing wall remains 4in high, with fifteen 1.25in ID holes drilled in the center with 1in spacing ( or 2.25in Center to Center).
The bottom needs to get trimmed down from the 4in wide, to about 1.5 to 1.75in wide according to this pic Roger sent me:

This part looks like it was originally made on a bending brake, the corner having a radius shape to it. So once the final leg width is determined I will use a corner rounding mill or carbide router bit to radius the corner to simulate the folded construction, the extruded angle having a pre-existing radius formed into it, no major loss of material than can create a weak corner with resulting stress fractures from the immense communication equipment mass bouncing with the terrain.

Top view of Roger's original deck shows two hex bolt heads at the front corners of the shelf, corresponding with the two 1" OD vertical tube supports to the B Pillar cross tube:

Assume those are two 3/8-16 TPI or 1/2-13 TPI hex bolts that thread into the vertical tubes:
