LED headlights

Hi all,

Recently bought some 24v LED headlights for my 923A2. The OEM lights were still working but wanted to change to LED. They came with adapter plug and I have followed the correct colors and numbering config for them. There is power through the plug but the lights will not turn on. The switch is in the correct position.
Am I missing something here? See test light with power on both female and male side of plug.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Did you check to see if you have a ground for the LED light?

Without knowing I'd guess three wires one them is a ground return.

yes 91 which goes to the black wire is the ground. There is also an additional wire that is just off the adapter plug which is meant for turn signal.

I thought ground also because LEDs really need a good ground.
If you have power in the voltage range the LEDs support (often 9-36V), and a good ground, there is no reason they wouldn't light up, unless defective. Maybe the leads are labeled wrong on the new LEDs?

the ground off of 91 to the body is a bit rusted. I will buzz them down and see if that fixes the issue.

Just because I had this as an issue in my LMTV when I replaced them with LED. The numbers in my headlight bucket were located in the wrong spot. Almost like the guy putting the numbers in rotated them one off. It took me a few to figure this out
