My M185 did that a while back - "How did I get overfilled on oil??"

Pretty simple fix, and I dumped some of the diesel-contaminated oil back in the fuel tank with each fill. No point wasting it!

Cheers

A simple test for fuel contamination in oil is to take a metal bar and apply a drop of new oil on one end and a drop of sampled oil next to it. Tilt the bar up and if one runs substantially faster than the other you've got fuel in the oil. The metal bar equalizes temperatures which controls accuracy.
