M35a2 Wheel Hub Assembly

New to the site and owning a deuce, and had an outer front bearing fail and gouge my driver side spindle and my hub assembly. I’ve found a very cheap good condition REAR hub nearby. Can I just slap that in the front and call it a day? Y’all have been a wealth of info up until now, and I can’t seem to find any information on this, so here I am

Well, if I understand correctly: You have a gouge in the spindle? How bad is the gouge? You can definitely swap a hub and @country offered up a drum assembly...

I do, and it’s significant. I’ll have to take it apart again to send pics, but it won’t be for a week or so until it’s on the rack for it. It’s about an inch deep notch carved into the bottom at an angle about three inches wide
