I got a pair of 923A2's, 1990&19901BMY,
both had air problems.
Read threads about my symptoms and watched videos.

I had intermittent horn, over pressurizing of the air system to 150 psi, and release of the high pressure safety valve.

The tractor protection valve was stuck closed,
Releasing no air to control the governor or horn.
It was just building air constantly with no air supply to the governor.

I also had a governor that only had a 10 psi differential.

And lastly my purge valve was sticking.

The tractor protection valve on the wet tank and the air dryer I was able to fix by cleaning and lubing them up
With Parker synthetic o-ring grease.

The governor I replaced to get back the 30 PSI differential that I needed.

Now I'm working on the CTIS since the air system is stable.

Thanks to everybody who posted threads on their air systems,

And a big shout out to SIMP5782
HIS THREADS AND VIDEOS HELPED ME A LOT!

I read a lot of threads where people didn't seem to find solutions so hopefully this helps somebody.

Cheers, Happy holidays!
