M934 Camper Vent Removal

There appears to be a vent that runs along the center of the ceiling. I assume it's for the AC. Dug through the TM, but didn't see anything about it. I'm swapping out the original AC unit, and don't think I need this vent, I'd like to remove it and use this area for storage. Any issues you guys are aware of doing that? Is there another function this happens to serve?

As far as I know there are no issues with doing that on your style truck however on mine it’s set up differently and it’s all used to hold the whole lighting and outlet system

I'll just be careful and make sure there isn’t any dependency while doing so. Thanks.

That’s a good idea with the drywall lift….I don’t think on yours that the center ceiling has any to do with the sides

I'll keep a lift in mind. I do have two strong people availabe, and it's up there in segments, so it may not be that bad.
