These are rated at 30kw 24/7 use, only needing to stop every 250 hours for an oil change. You can easily get well over 20,000 hours of use before needing to rebuild. This unit been load tested. This is a 120/208 3 phase generator. Yes, you can use it to power your house by drawing off 2 legs that will give you 120/208 single phase. Most all 240 electronics will run on 208. Using it in 120/208 single phase configuration will give you 22kw capability. No, you can not convert an 805B to single phase.

The generator set is designed to be used with any piece of equipment requiring a medium source of AC power and operates in a “Hot and Basic” climatic condition range of -25 ̊F to +120 ̊F. This generator set is mobile and requires forklift support.
