Mep 805b control panel issues

Howdy guys.
Ive been chasing a power problem with this 805b. I get no power to the emergency stop, s1 or hour meter. As per the diagram, they are all on the same circuit. The panel lights and cim display power up fine. I just need help tracking power into the control panel and figuring out if the backplane distributes power to the S1 ect after the Cb1 that is good at 25vdc.

At a glance I'd say you aren't getting power out of s1 on pin 4. Are you any good at using a meter? Check voltage from pin 3 tonground on s1. Place the switch in run and see if you have voltage from pin 4 to ground if you have it on 3 and not 4 your problem is in s1. No power on 3 it's further back in the circuit
