Hey all, I'm in the process of trying to get my mep002a up and running after about 6 years. First off the fuel that was left in the tank was nasty and was gummed up in the tank, cleaned all lines and made sure clean fuel is going from the tank to the filters and to the IP pump, and fuel returns back to the tank. Problem is one of the injector lines is frozen to the injector. It wont budge the other one came off with no issue. I dont want to break it, I've even applied some heat to it to no avail.

What the best advise to try and free it up. On another note the IP pump seems to be ok as it pumps fuel out but it wont start I'm sure because its only getting fuel to one cylinder. Also dont think the glow plugs are getting hot. Where would be the best place to buy the plugs, they seem to be pricey on ebay.

I do see that the glow plug washers are the same problem as the plugs, Expensive and/or unavailable. Looks like you have a couple choices from McMaster-Carr. A 97725A100 has a hole just a hair small but outside is good and the 97725A228 Which has the hole good but outside too big. I think it would be much easier to shrink the outside on a belt sander than it would be to try to hold a copper washer and drill it out.
