Sure Start 2.1 control box and no power to glow plugs

Hello all,
I have a sure start 2.1 control box on my Humvee, but I’m not getting any power to my glow plugs. Is this an issue most likely because my TSU is bad? It is having a very hard time starting right now and I’ve never had that issue before.
