Turbo Flange Bolts and Nuts for LDT465

What grade of bolt and nut do you guys use when replacing your turbo?
I have these part numbers, but they do not seem to be available from any supplier.

5305-00-930-5247 - bolt 3/8x16x1.75
5310-00-791-9525 - nut 3/8x16 unc

I don’t think it’s critical. I would use stainless steel bolts to prevent corrosion on them. Be sure to use anti seize to prevent galling.
