If things go sideways at the Port of Houston, I can help. It’s possible these need export authorization. Better check and be sure. I know 5 ton trucks sure do.
Thank you sir. Not the first military truck I bring to Germany but the first one via „Roll on, Roll off“. Export papers are complete. Took a while and it was not easy to get them.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Bremerhaven! Wonderful place. I shipped twice from there and picked up 3 times from there. Typical large Harbor. A little shabby, but that's what gives it that flair. The first time I shipped a car, I forgot insurance for the car. So my wife and I were standing there with about 5 D-Marks in our pockets. Our train, hotel and food money, just covered the insurance. For a bit, I thought my new wife, was going to be my new Ex Wife. So I bummed a magic marker and took some scrap cardboard and made a sign. "Bayern, OberFranken, Bamberg". Took her by the hand and showed her all about hitchhiking. About 30 min later we had our first ride. Its 585 klicks from Bremerhaven to Bamberg. Took 14 hours more or less. Got to Bamberg at 04:00 and conned a buddy to drive us the last 50 klicks to the barn. Fond memories!
