I got an M35 a2 that is a current no start. Just finished replacing all the fuel filters and bypassing the FDC. I'm not getting any fuel to the injectors except for maybe a dribble occasionally. I do have a functioning in tank lift pump. The fuel is going straight to the return system and not going into the hydraulic head is my hydraulic head bad?

You stated that it is a current no start. Does that mean it started and ran prior to you replacing the fuel filters and bypassing the FDC? If that is the case, I suspect you have air in the lines or didn't bypass the FDC correctly.

If you want a step by step no start troubleshooting guide:
TM 9-2320-209-20-2-1 Start at page 25-1

Common issues are: stuck shutoff lever (behind the small cover), especially when the truck was parked with the shutoff pulled.
"Button" fell off the hydraulic head

Assumption is that, with the in tank fuel pump running, you get fuel at the secondary filters when you crack the pipe plug.

Good luck.
