I would suggest Memphis Equipment. They are normally pretty well stocked with M715 parts. Vintage Powerwagons might still have some as well but I haven’t dealt with them in a long time.

The normal leaking points of the injection pump are the seals at each end of the throttle shaft and the bottom injection line that isn’t quite tight enough.
As NDT wrote, the spout is the valley drain. The square 1/4” bit pipe plug is to the oil gallery. Pressurized oil for a turbo or oil temperature sensor. Both look clean in your picture though.
