Great stuff. Only worked with CAT stuff since everything was in some sort of contract. My flash files are only good for a gen set running at 1800 RPM. The engines in the trucks and MRAPS used a different flash said the CAT contractor on our FOB.
No it won't. Not without the regulator. Same engine as the D conversion, but regulators were different. Then comes the hook ups. at the load terminal boards and their filter and main contactor. Without the inverter you will have the room but it will take a bit of thought to be right. Once...
The kit costs over $20,000 and then you need the flash files. I had one for the European theater but sent it to a LAR in Kaiserslautern to support our 100KW Generators. Each application requires the specific set to be correct. The generic files also will work, but you need the CAT E-Tool.
I'll sift thru the 100 GIGs of system books and pick out things. Just by site I am guessing a CPP which means you have a power entry vault. Would be nice if it were something else like a profiler or something.
The system data plate is located on the door usually. It is a SICPS, CPP, SSS, or something like that. I will attach manuals on the tunnel gen. The shelter is designed to use fuel directly from the vehicle fuel tank, or an external source. Be careful pulling out the gen as some folks remove...
These shelters have books bit they do not assist much. I need to know what the system data plate says. Just the NSN and designation. Those tunnel gens are 10KW. They come in 2 types. A 120/240, or a 3 phase. The AC unit was usually a 18K BTU. Let me know.
I believe these are available in the TM section along with a Booklet on the electrical things and how the gen works using them, and adjustments. In the CTM125 pamphlet page 40-8 actually shows the key way and the pamphlet shows about the fuel system. On the B model, there is the ADC100...
Inj Pump, PN: RE 505358 preferred or the older RE 67563 JD part numbers. You will also need an actuator, PN: ADC-100-24 or ADC 101-24 from Governors of America with the gasket which is rather thick and the 3 screws 2 short 1 long. When bleeding the pump the actuator is also bled thru the...
As you rebuild this check the TM in the Tech Manual section. There are buttons in there to set the pump pressure so you do not overdrive the injectors. The injectors are a great place to see if one is not closing right putting fuel in the oil. I used to set these at 1750 cracking pressure on...
Straight hydraulics is not a good idea. The thing is hard to stop using brakes. Saw a few change over to air brakes. Need to know what your doing there.
