Does the fan blow high and low speed in AC mode? And when you turn off the AC switch the fan shuts off completely? no high or low?
And are we talking about the front unit fan by the commanders feet? Or the rear AC unit?
No, the water valve being unplugged wont affect the fan.
My first thought is that your jumper diode may be geeking? Check out the wiring under the instrument cluster for proper hookup
I've never seen that #4 vertical support in over two dozen trucks.
The #29 strip ive seen installed both ways. No rhyme or reason. I reinstall them with the ridge upward so they lay flat and dont get distorted from tightening the bolts. But I would totally accept that the ridge was intended to...
He uses the D rings.
Saw a few laying on the work bench the other day.
Unfortunately none of his trucks are around to get new pics of the rings for you to see how they look.
A buddy of mine sews his own replacement covers made from original material in the OD or now coyote color. Looks factory. He just uses the commercially available hog rings on his. Whats the issue with what you are using? Fit or function? Or just looks different?

Need more info from OP about any part numbers that may or may not be on them.

Date code shouldnt be that big a deal if they were stored properly indoors. UV exposure is the main culprit in shortening a tire's useful lifespan
i didnt see "new fuel filter" listed?
Elaborate on "catalytic converter is fine" diagnostics
Did you get a turbo specific I.P. ? Part number?
Does it have Turbo specific injectors? Part number? Band color?
Remove air filter and filter housing cover and try it out. Eliminates any intake...
There is a pendulum inside that locks the belt. It only unlocks when hanging perfectly straight down. Mount the reel to the pillar and it will be straight and it will unlock
That hose loop (blue circle), If I Recall Correctly, is the supply and return fuel lines for the optional Arctic Heater. Just replace that loop of hose so it wont leak.
Circled in green are the infamous "Check Valves" that are famous for gumming up and sticking closed causing fuel starvation...
Thats weird but to my knowledge all transfer cases get filled to the fill hole and no higher for obvious reasons. Being on a level surface is required. take a long level to your trailer...front to back AND side to side... just in case
