Crapgame I have the cat ear turret and 1114 roof silver bearing and non motorized no gear, is there an adapter I can use to bolt the bearing to the roof which I'm guessing is armor steel, or do I have to use a bearing support? I'm not shooting from the turret
yes this is what I bought, like I said i ended up with a brand new cushion in a water damaged box(who cares about the box) cant guarantee thats what you receive
I got the plain cushions from eastern surplus cheap,bought what they call used and reciever new in water damaged boxes so idk, think they were under $30 each
i use the optima red top with the military base plate adapters, in our m37 we run the no longer available advanced auto store brand agm , when you buy a battery always check the date code sticker, most places dont keep up on the date codes because lazy but the battery manufacturers tell them not...
Can you post a picture of the front of the panel mounted driver side is best since that's the side that has the plug hole
It can't just be centered front back on the wheel well the the slant brackets won't work
So basiy it's centered top bottom and aligned with front of wheel well
Need to know it uses one of the rivet holes already in the front of the wheel well in my pic
Also what to do about the big plastic plugged hole in the body in the other pic
I'm adding the supplimental bed armor to my 998, the manual dosent show placement
Do I line the panel up with front of bed ?
Does it touch the upper or lower overlapped panel?
Does it use one of the existing rivets in the front lower part of the wheel well?
I plan to pop rivet wit aluminum...
I measured my 998 windshield frame at 80" opening on the roof is 87"
When you look at the 1114 pics of windshield you can see there are wide extensions on each end
Once i get around to a test fit then i will know where im cutting the roof to narrow it
Im in no rush to put the roof on , gathering information and reference materials and some more parts, once i have enough parts ill strip off the 4 man soft and cha ge the c pillar then put the roof on my car lift so i can pic it on and off the hummer to make modification and fab whats needs to...
