My HMMWV part acquisition of the day

Got a rack for the rear of my HMMWV (yes I'm aware of the leak, drip pan is going down today) Plan is to get it painted Tan and then install.

    gator gun mount

On my phone but look for surface gun mount .50 caliber Mk16 mod 0 or similar surface mount socket would work. You might even be able to do a quick/cheap with a HMMWV pedestal mount. Jeeps had dash mounts. Bmgparts.com is a good place to look and once you have the nomenclature down start...

What is the proper tool to remove this?

The head was so small I thought it was a different threaded hole or some sort of push pin, it's the same thread as the 7/16" hex headed bolts that is on all the other doors.

What is the proper tool to remove this?

I am an idiot lol. Once again proving there are no stupid questions only stupid people! 1/4" socket took it off, Everything was 7/16" bolts so far and clearly I am not that smart.

What is the proper tool to remove this?

Clearly, I am a novice. There are two of these stuck in a door blank on my HMMWV, I was just going to take a pair of pliers and unscrew but figured I'd ask here first if there was something more to it. TIA...

Recovering a HMMWV, debating trailing vs driving it back, what should I look for?

How thoughtless of me! I will get better ones just in the midst of getting everything else done I keep forgetting when I am out and about. This was the listing photos:

HMMWV Troop Seats for 4-man config?

I'd imagine shipping cost to CA would be prohibitive but was wondering if you still had these anyways. Do you have any close up pictures you could share and/or what steps you took to modify them? Thanks!

Recovering a HMMWV, debating trailing vs driving it back, what should I look for?

He had a very nice 4 door soft top CA legal one for a decent price, I might just do that! OK, I won't really but the wife loved it taking a spin around the neighborhood

Recovering a HMMWV, debating trailing vs driving it back, what should I look for?

Back home safe and sound, easy peasy. Speedometer isn't working and fuel gauge isn't working (I stopped by the gas station, tank was full, thanks David!), everything else looks good. Speedometer should just be a cable issue correct? There isn't any electrical needed for that I would think.

Recovering a HMMWV, debating trailing vs driving it back, what should I look for?

Army Trucks Inc, yes. Going to SFV, probably going via Sand Canyon to Placerita down Balboa, if things are looking good I may bring it all the way home to Simi otherwise it'll be in storage in North Hills.

Recovering a HMMWV, debating trailing vs driving it back, what should I look for?

I acquired a street legal M998 via ebay as it was going for a very good price and local to me. I read fast but I still don't have enough time to soak in all the HMMWV TM's to level of understaing I would need before Friday so I am asking here. I have the option of driving ~15 miles back...

    HMMWV pintle mounts

I just clusterflopped into a road legal M998 (part of the 1999 auction) and was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get pintle mounts similar to those seen on GMV's. I have uploaded a couple picture below as to what I am looking for (note, not the swing arms but the pintle mounts themselves)...
