Excellent.
If you're interested, the big-frame mirrors that we have on our deuces are in the M109/M185 kit, among the parts for the tanker. I don't know why they didn't include those in the M35 kit.

I thought it at the time, but failed to mention - very nice work on your build, and replicating your own truck so well!

Cheers

Nice looking big and little trucks! Just like this site being an inspiration for me on working on my bigger trucks, I have been building scale models for years. I haven't started yet, but your post reminded me that I still plan to make a scale version of my M715 by converting the South Korean KM450. I have my Gama Goat and some other scale vehicles of big things I own or used in the military done. I'm rambling......anyway, great looking truck and inspiring to me to get off my butt (again).

I'd like to see that, and how you do it. :jumpin:

I was a prolific modeller in my younger days, but life got in the way about 30 years ago, I've just started to get back into it. I have gathered up most of the available models of my own stuff in 1/35, just need to get them put together. :)

Cheers

I've done mostly 1/35, 1/32 scale military vehicles and aircraft I was around in 34 years of active, reserve time, an invasion or two, a couple of wars, etc. I think the M715 conversion from the KM450 should be pretty easy. It looks like the main change is to the radiator / grill area and front fenders. Everything else looks pretty much the same. Of course it will have to have the same hood and bumper numbers! I also have a handful of 1/6 vehicles; they are easier to work on with older squinty eyes and shaky hands.
