Ok I finally got a hit for a manual.. its actually the student outline from the US Marine Corps, shout out to the Steel Soldiers member who provided it.. Im very grateful..

I don't remember where I found it, but I have a copy on my computer. If you PM your email address I can sent it to you. It is a user's manual. I still have a couple of these that I would like to sell!

To reinforce the above statement, I did a couple FOIA requests for this info and all I got was whats there. I also contacted the company who purchased the original manufacturer. They also had nothing. As a hail Mary i found an organization "Floating Doctors" that had one on eBay to see if they had a manual I could scan and found out they didnt know about the posting and had sold the equipment years ago.

If anyone has anything thats not on radionerds already ill be happy to scan and post it.
