A local military museum called me..

I'm friends with the curator of a local military museum amd he's familiar with my trucks.

He called yesterday and condensing down a long conversation, he asked for my help to get their jeeps running.

I told him I would be happy to see what I could do. He told me he didn't have budget to pay me and I told him I'll volunteer my time to get the old girls up to snuff.

I get there this morning and the first thing I notice is the "bad gas" smell. I flushed the lines and hit the starter (after checking voltage) and she laid down on me. I believe the battery is no good. I have it on pulse repair and in the am will let him know if he needs a new battery.
