Maybe @fuzzytoaster knows of somebody local that could actually it, so hopefully a scraper doesn’t come along and snatch it up. Assuming this is free, might want to post it in the pay it forward section.

Does it have axles? How is access to it?

No engine, transmission or axles. It's a ways back in the woods on a 30 acre property but is just off an access road and it may be possible to get some tractor or excavator help from the clean up crew to drag it out to a better location. I've already pulled one vehicle out that way, arrangements can be made.

The cab unbolts into a million pieces, do you think the owner would sell just the sheet metal and the kinda useless frame can go bye bye.

The owner is just trying to clear the property for resale, there were 60+ vehicles out there so he's happy to have anyone show up and give better than scrap value. But the scrapper the family hired is already onsite and has his orders, he won't wait for long.
