Will you mount the sides as is, or bring them out to the cab edges for a "fleetside" look? I may have missed that in the video.

The jury is still out on the final configuration. I may open up the wheelwells to match the front then "hang" the fleetside bedsides over the stock bedsides to pick up the fender flares. That way I can display either style.
