Deuce gunner hole diameter

Hi, I'm in the process of retrofitting my Deuce hardtop with a gunner hole. Unfortunately, I can't find any information on the typical size of this hole. Could someone here measure the inner diameter of the hole on their Deuce for me? Thanks!

Have to build all Mountings myself because the parts were unaviable in Europe. can someone make a scan from the instructions?

I hadn't thought of that, but it makes sense!

My groceries have a harder time slipping off the seat that way
