I found a local plastics/acrylic shop but before I guesstimate the dimensions for the bent acrylic/plexiglass windshield, does somebody have an original intact windshield or at least a remnant, a few of the Nuclear Test Site FAV had their windshields (& dashboards :( ) cut in half.

Worse case I'll make a 44in wide nichrome wire acrylic bender myself.

I have one that is cut in half
Some of the remaining FAV have a flat bar welded to the inside of the A Pillars to bolt on the windscreen; others have to use the padded C Clamps to attach directly to the A Pillar tubes. This local shop specializes in boat windshields shoukd be rather simple to bend ours if their bender is wide enough.
Have them price a common longer bent acrylic that can mount by P Clamps or be shortened to bolt to those with the welded on flat bar?
Even those full length original windscreen are starting to yellow or be sand blasted or developing stress cracks around the bolt holes by now .

My math is showing 4in for the width of the top, more vertical NM pane and 7in for the angled lower pane that bolts through? the dashboard, 11in x about 40in long

My calculations are a 11.75" wide acrylic blank, 4.75" top 7" bottom.
My bet is they cut a 4ft wide acrylic sheet into quarters then the 40.5" max width (depending on if yours has the flat bar welded to windshield frame or if yours is mounted by the 4 padded P-Clamps)

I had to find a different protector/angle gauge. I'm going by the A Pillar vertical tube in the rocker panel front, going to measure the A Pillar roof tube to rocker vertical tube angle, subtract that from 180 degrees to calculate the bend angle for the 1/4" plexiglass.
