What size freeze plugs are used in the LDT465 engine block? I bought 2 inch, but they are slightly too small. I tried Melling MPC-146B.

update, I measured the OD of the old plug and its 2.126 inches

Here is what I’m dealing with, the freeze plug in the picture is a NOS plug that fits all block openings except the front of the engine. I’ve been to Napa 5 times and can’t get one to fit yet. Does anyone have any tricks to figuring out the correct size?

maybe hey were machined to a new common size during depot rebuild? The part in my hand is what I found listed for the block freeze plugs in the TM.
