Are you asking about the metal pipe or flexible hose?
Several venders make 1984 K5 pre shaped pipe.
Same with the flexible caliper hose. I put the Off Road Design stainless steel grades brake hoses on one of my trucks and have had no leaks, rips and a firm pedal for 8 years now.
