Fuel Gauge

Evening all , Just fitted a new diesel tank , fuel sender etc complete , Just filled her up with 85 litres of juice but the fuel gauge only shows 1/4 of a tank ? , Any ideas , as this is a similar reading to that of the old leaking tank ????? :shock:

I hope you cut a fuel tank access panel when you had the tank out. sounds like a bad sender. assuming all your connections are sound.
