NM HMMWV non-commercial non-collector insurance

I'm fighting the insurance battle again... My 1987 M998 is insured through JC Taylor. My 2007 M1152 is causing my trouble. It's not quite old enough for the classic car like JC, Hagerty, etc. Progressive should cover it, but I can't get a competent person on the phone. Would anyone with Progressive non-commercial coverage on their HMMWV be willing to send me their policy number? The last rep (try 3) I spoke with suggested it. Or if anyone has coverage in NM and can recommend an agent that would be awesome. I've tried 2 others so far and they both sent me packing.

Think my 2008 1152 is insured by Hagarty....Also had jc for my now sold 998
