M1008 shocks

I just installed a set of BFGoodridge 285/70/16 TA/KO tires on the M1008 fit and look nice.
Any advice on a full set of decent shocks?

I like your tire choice. I have BFG TA/KO 10.5 x 33's on my M1009. They're nice. Sorry I can't really answer your shocks question.. Pretty sure my shocks are shot .

DO NOT get any shock like the SENSATRAC as they do not give any road feel at all. That creates a very dangerous situation especially for a trick on big tires.

A high quality Gas Charged Light truck shock will work fine. I Like the Monro Gas matics but They are cheap and do not last forever. If I am not mistaken they do have a lifetime warranty. I also do not do any off roading per se so I do not need a super duty shock absorber.

I bought the Monroe Gas Magnum HD truck/suv shock from Rockauto.com $36.79 ea. + shipping. Not a bad deal.

While back i bought full set of procomp 9000 es shocks and steering stabilizer for less than $150 (online) Seem to work well, but i don't do much offroad travel

I went with ranchos rs 5000 series 0-2 inches im running 285 75 16s and they do a great job of handlingthem the ride aint bad

Rancho has more than the 5000 series. 5000 series is most common. As far as I remember there is also something awailable in the 7000 or 8000 series.
