Thought I'd share an update - we made a top die to match the front fenders tapered radius. Parts now match the originals.

Technology is amazing. The pile of $ lasers cutters now save vs a series of blanking dies in a progressive stamping process.
3D printers can save time/$ during prototyping, just print the embossing die from filament instead of hand milling a die from.a steel block or even oak the old tool & die makers used to do for 1 of or short run parts.

I went on Facebook Marketplace a while back and found a guy selling USMC front bumpers and shackles. No dice on the rear corner shackle brackets from any source and I tried several. I finally made a pattern of what I needed and had a buddy with a metal shop make them for me.
