Did see it work before? Is this a new truck to you?

I would get the TM out and follow the wires. Have you used a DMM, (Multi-meter) To see if the 24 VDC is present in the socket? Then follow the wires, Unplug the harness at the first connection point behind the light socket.

What is a "New 3 level lights controller"? I am guessing its the normal light switch on a Deuce. Old type? New type?

No I've not seen them work. I've only owned the truck for 9 months. I'll check for voltage at the socket.

Did a little troubleshooting.I do not have 24 volts at the connector.
Started tracing the wires back and came across this. Fuse link? I don't have 24 volts coming into it. I keep tracing it back.

I am not a truck guy. But did work on them from time to time. I never saw or heard about a fuse able link in the wire harness. That looks more to me, like a point were one wire is split out to send voltage to two different places at the same time. But lets hear from smarter folks than I, to be sure.
