Ok, governor adjustment looks good as well as the linkage.
A video of it stumbling would be great, but you have to post on the internet and put a link here.
Could still possibly be an issue with valve adjustment being too tight, but hard to say.

Can you post a picture of where your governor spring is on the adjusted?
1/2 way down sounds way too high, as mentioned up above you typically need to be no higher than the 4th groove up from the bottom.
If memory serves me right, that is more like 1/3 the way up from the bottom, not 1/2 way.
1 Pic. will = 1000+ words! ;)
Additional pictures of the governor linkage may also reveal something of importance.
Heres a video link to watch it running.

Does the stumble happen quicker and / or more pronounced if you run it under a decent load?
I had an 002 once that acted very similar. The problem ended up being an air leak in the fuel line running from the tank to the pumps.
This hose is under vacuum when running and the leak was causing air bubbles to get into the fuel system and eventually into the Injection pump.
I'd make sure the fittings are tight and the hose doesn't have any cracks in it.
One way or another, I think your issue is fuel delivery related, not engine / governor related.

it seems to be the same load or unloaded. I wondered about air in the fuel, I'll check those lines today.

I completely agree. It could also be, a problem with the fuel pickup from the fuel tank. All is well, and dirt/crap in the tank. After a while, the dirt/crap flow towards the fuel pick up, and obscure the opening. If its bad enough, the engine stops. When its not completely stopped up, it stumbles/runs badly. OR!! Trash collects at the check valve.

These are a problem that can drive one totally mad.

Watching the video and seeing the engine stumble and recover, I had the same thought of air leaking into the fuel system. Most of the air leaks in fuel lines that I have had to deal with have been on the vacuum side, but I have had a couple that were on the pressure side, usually with a damp area, or outright drips. @rbeeson thanks for the video, and good luck!

All the best, 2PbFeet

The best way to check for air leaks is to splice in a short section of clear hose between the last filter and the pump. If you see air then keep moving the hose closer to the tank until you find the spot. The way I made sure the problem with mine was not air I went directly from a can of fuel and through a newer style pum and to the injection pump using clear line on the last section. Basically I eliminated the entire stock system. I never found the issue with mine. It is still sitting in the back yard with 300 hours on it.

Are the filters on those pumps on the suction side? If so the gaskets on those bottom filter caps would be suspect.

Filters appear to be in the stock, downstream ( pressure ) side of things.
One other thing to tidy up, in the video it looks like the adjustment and the jam nut on the top of the IP throttle linkage is loose and moving around.
Probably should tighten that up before going much further, may also want to see if the TM mentions how to adjust that rod ( I don't recall off hand ) incase it got out of whack?

Good afternoon, first I would like to thank you for your help. It was a fueling issues and I got it fixed today. I took supply line from tank and ran it to a fuel can, and it ran great pulled pick tube out and found pin hole brazed up and that took care of her she runs like a swing machine. Thanks again.

Pick-up tube had a pin hole in the top, got the hole brazed up and that took care of her. Runs smooth as silk.
