Not sure about the blackout drive and marker relationship. They come from different switches in the light switch, but may function together when drive is selected?

The brakes require ignition on and the light switch set to service-drive. The brake relay K06 will function any time you step on the brakes with the ignition on, but K06’s output passes thru the main light switch(which decides wether it goes to normal brakes or blackout brakes) and then thru the hazard/flasher relay to get to the column switch and on to the normal brake lights…
